Thai Dinning is a beautiful and welcoming restaurant based on Academy street in Inverness – an independent, Thai-owned restaurant.
Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do; from our Teak décor sourced from Thailand to our traditional all-female, all-Thai kitchen and Front of house team, led by Head Chef A, who has been with us for 10 years.
At Thai Dining, we are renowned for serving the most delicious traditional Thai cuisine.

Thai Food from the Highland Capital
Thai Dining is a family owned and operated business, in the heart of Inverness city centre. During time working in Thailand, Ken met Tan and were instantly connected. In May 2012 Tan, her son Arm and daughter Aoom all moved to Inverness. Arm and Aoom both attended school in Inverness and now consider Inverness to be home. In 2014 Ken and the family decided to invest and create an authentic style Thai restaurant on Academy street. The entire family work in the restaurant and are very passionate about bringing the authentic flavours of Thailand and especially their home province of Hua-Hin to the streets of the Highlands capital.
Ken passed away in 2019 after a long fight with illness, but the family remain in Inverness, dedicating their work to his memory and to the city of Inverness, where they hope to stay and contribute for many years to come.
ร้านอาหารไทยThai Diningเป็นธุรกิจครอบครัว หลังจากที่คุณเคนเกษียณ ได้ย้ายไปอยู่ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นเวลา8ปี ก่อนตัดสินใจพาครอบครัวย้ายกลับมาที่ประเทศสก็อตแลนด์ ในเดือนพฤษภาคมปี 2555 คุณเคนได้พาคุณแตนและลูกๆย้ายมาอยู่ที่เมืองอินเวอร์เนส จากนั้นเด็กๆได้เข้ารับการศึกษาต่อที่โรงเรียนมัธยมในเมืองอินเวอร์เนส ที่นี่เปรียบเสมือนบ้านอีกหลังและยังดีต่ออนาคตเรื่องการศึกษาของเด็กๆอีกด้วย จึงได้ตัดสินใจย้ายมาอยู่ที่นี่อย่างถาวร. ในปี2557คุณเคนและครอบครัวได้ตัดสินใจเปิดร้านอาหารไทยซึ่งทุกคนในครอบครัวได้ทำงานในร้านอาหารร่วมกัน จนกระทั่งคุณเคนได้เสียชีวิตในปี 2562 หลังจากที่ต่อสู้กับอาการเจ็บป่วยมายาวนาน ทางสมาชิกในครอบครัวก็ยังคงดำรงชีวิตต่อไปในเมืองอินเวอร์เนสและได้สานต่อกิจการของทางร้านอีกต่อไป.
